Dashboards
About
Dashboards provide key system activity insight to your company operations by drilling down and providing enhanced visualizations.
When a user logs into UtiliSphere they are presented with Dashboards, including the Operator and Locator charts. This allows administrators and users to visually see what is going on with tickets as a company, and as an individual.
Operator Dashboards provide a look into the tickets that have been received today, and are open by ticket type. A look at the tickets that are open and due and the productivity of the user logged in and working tickets in irthnet.
Division Charts provide insight to how different divisions compare to each other. Compare the amount of tickets past due, the number of tickets per region, the average time to open, dispatch or locate and tickets that are past due.
These division charts use the Region functionality of UtiliSphere.

Dashboard data can be exported by deciding to export all dashboards in the view or a specific dashboard. Use the export drop down menu to choose how to export the data, then select Export.
Each dashboard has a Drill Down Option. By default it is selected to Next Level. Click on the dashboard image to drill down to the next level of the data being presented. In this example, regular (red) is selected.

When choosing Ticket Summary to drill down to, selecting a ticket type will take you to Ticket Summary and view the tickets it is referencing in the dashboard.
