Invoice Summary

 

Search

1. On the Invoice Summary page, in the upper-left corner, type a search in the search box
2. Click Search ( )
3. Search results appear
4. Optional. To erase the search term and results, click X.

Filter

Use filters to limit the results by customer, requester, format, or date.

To show or hide the filters, click Filter ().

1. On the Invoice Summary page, in the upper-left corner, choose filter:

    

   Filter	Description
   Created	Filter results creation date of invoice
   Customer	Filter results by customer
   Format	Filter results by format of invoice (CSV, PDF, Other (HTML))
   Requested by	Filter results by user who requested (created) the invoice

    

2. Apply filters, click Apply Filter

To clear all filter results, click Clear Filter

 

1. In the Number column, click the number of the invoice. Result: The invoice downloads to the folder your browser uses for downloads
