People, Work, and Assets Overview

Items can be created from the forms your company has designed for your use. These forms have been tailored to your unique business processes and workflows. From the Help menu, you'll find instructions on how to create, manage, and work with items.

Items are organized into three distinct Classifications; the purpose is to help organize your forms and align them to your business. The Classifications are:

  • People - organize your contacts, prospects, customers or employee information. Some Irth Solutions products may not include the People feature. If you want to add this feature, contact your Irth sales representative: sales@irthsolutions.com
  • Work - manage your jobs, such as estimates, inspections or maintenance
  • Assets - organize the equipment used to do the work or the assets on which work is done

Each Classification is displayed as an option in the main menu. Select a Classification to view its associated items and options.
