Damage Analysis
Use the Damage Analysis feature to track the number of damage incidents per excavator, facility, or locator. Each incident is recorded in a item (based on the damage form). Before using this feature, you must contact Irth Solutions to configure your company's damage form.
The Damage Analysis page lists data from your company's damage form, filtered by date. Use the Export feature to download this data in a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file.
If tickets have excavators that don’t match existing excavators or aliases, the Damage Analysis feature automatically adds them to the Excavator Summary.
Damages are defined as the number of Damages (damage items/form) divided by the number of tickets per excavator, facility, or locator (in the date range and expressed as a percentage). If you use an at-fault field, then damage is only attributed to the excavator, facility, or locator, if they were determined to be at fault (you choose the at-fault field when Irth Solutions configures the Damage Analysis feature).
The field name used for damages differs in different parts of the system (the definition above does not).
