Messages

The Messages feature notifies you of unread alerts/messages from the one call center. Configure these Messages settings per user in the Profile Settings under Account .


  1. On the top menu bar, click Messages ( )
  2. On the Messages list, red icons indicate unread alerts/messages. Gray icons mean there are no alerts/messages
    1. Click a red Message icon to view the alert/message in its original context in the system as described below. After clicking a red icon, it turns gray to indicate the alert/message is no longer current, but the alerts/messages remains available in its original context under System Management ( ):

      Alerts Notifications of failed transmissions, missing sequences, etc. from the one call center in System Management ( ) > Communication > System > Alert Summary
      Missing SequenceNotifications of missing sequences (tickets not received from the one call center throughout the day) that you have not responded to in System Management ( ) > Communication > One Call > Missing Sequence
      Missing Ticket AuditNotifications of audit of missing tickets from the one call center which the system compares to tickets received. Missing tickets are listed in System Management ( ) > Communication > One Call > Audit Items
      Center MessagesNotifications of unread messages from the one call center in System Management ( ) > Communication > One Call > Center Messages

       

  3. Optional. To dismiss all current alerts, click Dismiss All. Result: All red icons turn gray
  4. Clicking on Alerts will redirect you to the Alerts Summary page; for more details, see the Alert Summary section in the Communications menu
