Holidays
Use the Holidays feature to create holidays so you can use them when creating:
- Ticket Due Time Overrides
- Ticket Notifications
- Work Item rules in the Process Automation (actions and notifications only)
Create or Edit Holidays
- On the top menu bar, click System Management ( ) > Administration > General > Holidays
- On the Holiday Summary page, click Configure Holidays
- On the Configure Holidays page, create or edit holidays:
Create
Fill in the fields:
Field Description Date The date of the holiday Name The name of the holiday State The name of one of the fifty American states Edit
In the table, click the pencil ( ) for the holiday you want to edit. Result: the Name, Date, and State appear for you to edit (see table in 3a Create, above)
- Click Add
- Click Save. Result: the Holiday Summary page appears with the new holiday
