Ticket Screen Configuration

Use the Screen feature to create screens that determine the fields/columns that appear on the Ticket Summary page.

To configure screens for work items (People, Work and Assets), see Screen Configuration.

Default screens

The system provides a default screen for each user.

Screen Summary

Screens are displayed in a list on the right of the Screen Summary.

Columns can be sorted alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) by clicking the column headings.

Find Screen

There are two ways to find screens:

  • In the lower right corner, click the page number links to locate screens
  • Above the list of screens, in the Columns dropdown list, click a column, type your search, and click Search ( )

Restore Default Screens
  1. In the upper-left corner, click Restore Default Screens
  2. On the Restore Default Screens page, check the screens you want to restore. Click OK
  3. On the Restore Confirmation page, click OK
  4. The Screen Summary page appears. On the Ticket Summary page, the restored screens are listed in the Screen dropdown list in the bottom left corner
View Screen

To see a screen, click the screen Name in the Name column which opens the Screen Details page for that screen.
